The steps below will show you the features available and how to use them.

Chat With An Expert

  • This feature allows you to chat with one of our experienced technical support representatives. Its like using Messenger to get help

  • Once you are logged in to the support site, click on I would like to start working on a new problem
  • Enter a description of the problem you are having in the Problem Title box
  • Underneath that box, enter a description of the problem you are having. Be as descriptive as you can including any error messages you see.

  • Once you are finished, click on the Chat with an expert button on the right of the screen

  • The following screen will come up. Your computer is communicating with our staff right now, getting a hold of one of them to answer your questions.
    Please be patient. While you are waiting, the information you just filled out in the previous screen (the problem and the description of the problem) is being read by our analysts and they are working on an answer for you

  • Once you are connected, our system will introduce you to our analyst.

  • Simply respond to the analyst and let them solve your problem in this way.
  • Email An Expert

  • This feature allows you to email one of our experienced technical support representatives.

  • Once you are logged in to the support site, click on I would like to start working on a new problem
  • Enter a description of the problem you are having in the Problem Title box
  • Underneath that box, enter a description of the problem you are having. Be as descriptive as you can including any error messages you see.

  • Once you are finished, click on the Email an expert button on the right of the screen

  • The problem title and the description you entered in the previous step will instantly be sent to one of our analysts
  • You can now log-out of this screen and await a response. Once our analysts have found a solution for you, they will reply to you at your master email account
